  • My order hasnt arrived, where is it?
    Please allow a few weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived after this, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
  • Do you deliver Australia Wide?
    Yes! We ship to all states and territories within Australia.
  • Do you offer returns?
    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
  • How long will my order take?
    Orders are processed within three days and may take upto a week to arrive. In some instances this may take longer, but we will communicate any issues to you directly.

    Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting Burn on a heat-safe surface Do not leave a candle unattended Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains

  • Where do your products come from?
    Our products are a mix of items we create ourselves and products sourced from trusted external suppliers. Each product is thoroughly tested to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Do you accept change of mind returns?
    Not usually. However, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, we may offer an exchange or store credit (at our discretion). Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your expense
